Refund & Exchange Policy

We will exchange a product on the basis of the following terms mentioned below:

Acceptable:

  • Damaged product on delivery.
  • Quality issues on art work
  • The product must be returned to its origin for inspection before subsequent refund.
  • The damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours and shipped back within 5 days of reporting.

Non –acceptable:

  • Wrong order placing
  • Worn, torn, used in any manner
  • Reporting of damaged product after 48 hours
  • Incorrect Size ordered
